NEW VIDEO: Ken Paxton, Enforcer of Some of the Strictest Marijuana Penalties in the Country, Says “I Don’t Know the Details” of Texas THC Ban

Paxton has sued multiple cities and enforced some of the strictest marijuana penalties in the nation, but claimed today he doesn’t know the laws in response to a constituent question

AUSTIN, TX — No Comment Ken strikes again! A new video shows Ken Paxton, who has sued multiple cities and enforced some of the strictest marijuana penalties in the country, refusing to say what his position is on Texas’s new wildly unpopular THC ban. 

A video that is going viral shows Paxton being asked for his thoughts on Texas’ THC ban by a constituent. Paxton, seemingly in a panic, says “Uhm, I don’t know the details. Let’s talk later” and proceeds to run away. Texas’s THC ban is incredibly unpopular, and Joe Rogan “warned Republicans in Texas they will turn the state blue” because of their actions. 

Paxton has been running away from questions for weeks, refusing to answer on key issues from him taking money from the data center industry while stalling decisions, on construction of the controversial Big Bend border wall, even abandoning his own press conference when asked about how he has acquired 15 properties while in public office.

“Ken Paxton is a coward who runs from questions because he has no answers for his wildly unpopular positions. Paxton knows Texans hate this THC ban he has pushed onto people with his nanny-state agenda. For Paxton, the state's top law enforcement officer, to claim he doesn’t ‘know the details’ of the laws is beyond insulting. No Comment Ken can dodge questions all he wants, but come November the people will be holding him accountable at the ballot box.”
