Texas Democratic Party To Expand Operations Across Texas
AUSTIN, Texas – Today, Texas Democratic Party Chairman Kendall Scudder is announcing the approval by the State Democratic Executive Committee to expand party operations across Texas. The plan will open additional offices in Dallas, Houston, Amarillo, and Eagle Pass, while also maintaining an office in Austin.
The offices in Houston, Austin, and Dallas will each house core administrative operations of the Texas Democratic Party, while offices in Eagle Pass and Amarillo will serve as organizing hubs. This is a strategic initiative to increase party presence across the state, and conversations are ongoing about future locations.
“We are building a grassroots army of working-class Texans in every corner of this state, ceding no territory and standing firm in our convictions to do things differently to win elections,” said Texas Democratic Party Chairman Kendall Scudder. “We do that by leaving no community behind, showing up, broadening our base, and showcasing a steadfast commitment to earning support from folks who are tired of a Republican-run government that has left working-class Texans at the bottom groveling for crumbs. The grassroots of our party are hungry for change and for a party that shows up. That is exactly what we are working to deliver by expanding our presence across the state.”
