BREAKING: The Trump Dictatorship Will Do Anything To Silence Those Who Do Not Agree With Them

AUSTIN, Texas – Alex Padilla, a member of the United States Senate, was trying to question DHS Secretary Kristi Noem about Trump’s immigration crackdowns at a press conference in his home state. Trump’s government thugs responded by throwing him to the ground and handcuffing him. This is an authoritarian attempt to silence the opposition.

Texas Democratic Party Chairman Kendall Scudder issued the following statement:

“Senator Alex Padilla is a fighter standing up against the fascist Trump regime.  If the Trump administration is willing to do this to a sitting United States Senator in front of live cameras, then they would do it to you. I can only imagine what their masked-up secret police are doing to the children and families they are raiding and detaining when nobody is watching. This shouldn’t be how America behaves; this is authoritarianism and massive government oppression. Donald Trump and Greg Abbott are sending troops out to accost people who publicly disagree with them. We are going to fight like hell against this crooked, tyrannical regime.”
