“We’re heartbroken by the tragic explosion in Oak Cliff, and our hearts are with all the families who have been affected. Among those still missing is Dallas County Precinct Chair and grassroots warrior Sylvia Collins. Sylvia is a giant in her beloved community, and Oak Cliff would not be the vibrant community it is today without her years of tireless advocacy and leadership. We hold out hope that Sylvia will be found unharmed and are keeping her loved ones in our thoughts during this difficult time.”
