PAXTON MISCONDUCT MILESTONE: 5 Years Since News of The Texas Bar Investigation Into Ken Paxton

Austin, Texas – Ken Paxton hit a new milestone for his long record of alleged misconduct and abuse of office with the 5-year anniversary of news of the Texas Bar Association opening its investigation into him for his “‘frivolous lawsuit’ that wasted taxpayer money” to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. Paxton’s political stunt put “Texas taxpayers [...] on the hook” for his legal defense fees – adding to the long list of times Paxton has left Texas taxpayers with the bill for his corrupt actions, including awarding lucrative contracts to law firms whose attorneys donated to his campaigns and doling out luxurious taxpayer-funded hotel rooms to his campaign donors.
