As we gear up for the pivotal 2026 general election, the Texas Democratic Party invites vendors from across Texas and beyond to engage with us in our Texas Together coordinated campaign. We believe that collaboration is key to our success, and we are committed to fostering an open and transparent Request for Proposals (RFP) process.
Why Texas Together?
The Texas Together coordinated campaign unites the strengths of the Texas Democratic Party, incumbents, candidates, and political action committees to maximize our collective impact. By pooling resources and expertise, we can enhance outreach, increase engagement, and drive voter turnout across Texas.
Invitation to Vendors
We are seeking innovative and dedicated vendors to partner with us in a variety of services, including but not limited to:
- Paid Canvassing
- Mail/Printing Services
- Digital Advertising
- Phone Banking
- Merchandise Printing
This is your opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the electoral landscape of Texas. We encourage businesses of all sizes, including those with experience in political campaigns, to participate in our RFP process.
Open and Transparent RFP Process
At Texas Together, we pride ourselves on our commitment to transparency and inclusivity. Our RFP process is designed to ensure that all interested vendors have a fair chance to showcase their qualifications and proposals. Here’s how it works:
RFP Opening: The RFP’s will open on Monday, January 12, 2026.
Pre-Bid Meetings: To learn more about the RFP process please attend either pre-bid meeting on January 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM CST or January 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM CST. Attendance is not required to bid.
Submit Your Proposal: All RFP’s must be submitted to [email protected] by Friday February 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST. No late submissions will be accepted.
Evaluation/Interview Period: Between February 14, 2026 and March 9, 2026, proposals will be assessed based on established criteria, including relevance, creativity, past performance, and cost-effectiveness. Finalists will be invited to present their proposals, allowing for direct engagement and collaboration with our team.
Selected vendors will be announced on March 23, 2026.
