Whether you want to draw inspiration from her phenomenal Astrodome look or her classic bustier outfit as shown in the movie starring Jennifer Lopez, Selena is a Texas classic with looks that stand the test of time.

What you’ll need for the look: Bright red lipstick, a microphone with red lipstick all over the grille, purple glittery bell-bottoms and long sleeved snug crop top, silver hoop earrings, and silver boots.

Lizzo is having the best year ever, and her hit “Truth Hurts” is on its way for the longest reign ever for a rap song by a female artist. Her songs are about self-care, positive body image, and embracing your sexuality — she has defied convention at every step of her career.

What you’ll need for the look: A white lacy corset with garter straps, long metallic necklaces, silver hoop earrings, fishnet pantyhose, a silver microphone
and/or a flute!

7. Impeachment

Making a political statement never looked so easy.

What you’ll need for the look: An orange wig, a navy suit (to add a little more trolling), and a print out of a peach — print a large enough size, paste it onto a piece of cardboard, pierce two holes at the top, loop ribbon through the holes, and voila!

8. Texas Is The Biggest Battleground State

You’ve probably heard by now — but Texas is the BIGGEST battleground state, and we’re so excited about that! Poll after poll shows the same thing: Democrats are beating Donald Trump, and what better way to show your Democratic pride with this easy Halloween costume?

What you’ll need for the look: Just like the impeachment costume, all you would need is cardboard, a print-out of a blue Texas of whatever size you want, and ribbon!
